Want to pay me for help with something technology-related? Here’s a quick overview of what it’ll run you.
Got a little not-so-light home networking you need a hand with? Misbehaving computer you’re ready to hit with a sledgehammer? Allow me to sacrifice my sanity so yours may live.
- I charge $100 an hour, with a $400 per day maximum. That means that even if it takes me more than four hours in one day to fix your issue, you only have to pay me $400.
- Hours are billed in 15 minute increments, with a 1 hour minimum.
- There is no charge for me to come your home or business, provided you are within a 1/2 mile walk of either a Chicago Transit Authority bus stop or train station.
If you think that sounds pretty reasonable, hit up the contact page to get in touch with me to see if I can fit you into my schedule in a timely fashion. And even if you think that sounds a bit expensive, hit me up anyway, I’m absolutely willing to work with clients to meet their specific budgetary needs.
I’ve also been doing some tutoring in beginning programming techniques. My rate is the same as my tech support rate (and is similarly negotiable if you have budgetary issues), but due to scheduling constraints, I ask that you please contact me for availability details.
While my work on Hum has me tied up from accepting further freelance gigs at this time, I may be interested in open-source projects or future projects. Please hit up the contact page if you’re interested, and let me know what you’re looking to do.
